Registrar/Reseller Complaints Form

Please use this form to lodge a formal complaint regarding a registrar or reseller.

Complaints regarding a registrar or reseller may include:

  • If you are having trouble retrieving your domain name password
  • If a registrar or reseller has entered their own contact details for your domain name
  • If you have having trouble transferring your domain name to another registrar
  • Breaches of the .au Domain Name Supplier Code of Practice

Please Note:

auDA will not investigate your complaint unless you have attempted to resolve it directly with the registrar or reseller - see auDA's Complaints Policy for more information.

auDA will not accept your complaint unless you provide valid contact details. All personal information provided to auDA is handled in accordance with auDA'sPrivacy Policy.

auDA will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days.

auDA will endeavour to conclude the investigation of your complaint within 30 days.

auDA will contact you if further information is required or if the investigation is likely to exceed 30 days.
