What is RSS?

auDA Content Syndication

auDA provides a variety of RSS feeds that comply with the RSS 1.0 standard defined by the RSS working group.

Most RSS feeds are used in one of two ways.

1) You want to be alerted to the latest updates from auDA live on your desktop

There are dozens of excellent free RSS Readers available (sometimes called News Aggregators) that are designed specifically for that purpose.

Read Nathan Matias's great wrap up of the best RSS readers, download your favourite, select your feeds and you're away!

2) You want to publish the latest auDA content/discussions on your web site

In the spirit of content syndication our RSS feeds can also be used for server-side scripts on your site to read and display lists of recent content from www.auDA.org.au.

You may syndicate our RSS feed on your site, provided the following conditions are met.

  1. Full credit must be given to the author, David Goldstein and to auDA, in conjunction with the feed's publication on your site (e.g. "By David Goldstein on auDA's Domain Name News").
  2. A link must be provided to the original news article on auda.org.au and the name of the news feed must be linked to auDA's homepage.
