Industry Competition Advisory Panel
Status
The auDA Board is appointing the Industry Competition Advisory Panel to:
- review auDA’s competition model for the Australian domain name industry; and
- provide recommendations to the auDA board about what changes (if any) should be made to the competition model.
The Panel commenced work in May 2008 and is due to report to the auDA Board in December 2008.
Public Consultation
The Panel has released an Issues Paper, June 2008 for public consultation. The paper sets out the current situation and canvasses the issues and possible options for change that the Panel has identified in its deliberations to date.
