auDA Membership
Membership of auDA is open to all stakeholders of the Australian domain name system.
Membership entitles you to vote at Annual General Meetings of auDA (see clause 16.1 of the auDA Constitution).
Class of Membership
There are two classes of membership available:
- Supply - for domain name industry participants (registry operators, registrars and resellers)
- Demand - for domain name holders (registrants), internet users and the general public
The classes are defined in clauses 9.3-9.6 of the auDA Constitution.
Membership Fees
The annual membership fees are as follows:
- $110 (inclusive of GST) for Supply class
- $22 (inclusive of GST) for Demand class.
Membership fees may be paid by mail (cash or cheque) or by direct deposit.

Please contact auDA for information on how to pay by direct deposit.
A receipt for payment of fees will be issued on request.
How to Become a Member
To become an auDA member, please submit the Membership Form.
Applications for membership must be approved by the auDA Board (see clause 9.9 of the auDA Constitution). Your application will be considered at the next scheduled meeting of the auDA Board.
You do not need to pay any membership fees until after your membership has been approved.
When your membership has been approved and you have paid your membership fees, your name will be added to the List of auDA Members.
