auDRP fee increase to take effect on 1 March 2008

auDA conducted a five year review of the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) in 2007.
auDA agreed with submissions that, after 5 years of operation, a reasonable fee increase is justified to more accurately reflect the amount of work involved for both auDRP providers and panelists.
From 1 March 2008, the new auDRP fee schedule will be:
Single Panel | AUD$2,000 |
Three Member Panel | AUD$4,500 |
We note that the increase brings auDRP fees roughly into line with UDRP fees for gTLD disputes.
auDRP fees are paid to auDRP providers by the parties to a proceeding. auDA does not collect any part of the auDRP fee.
