You should setup a "poll" for this to see what people think. Personally I'd say:

1. Don't invent another top domain! We've got enough already. .com and .com.au are 
the only ones that are relevant to most people. All others pretty much just add to 
the confusion.

2. Don't allow people to sell their domain names. This is the pest that exists with 
.com domains and the only people that like it are dodgy domain name hijackers.
