Complaints about Registrars and Resellers

Complaints made to auDA about a registrar or reseller are handled in accordance with auDA's Complaints Policy (2012-03).

PLEASE NOTE: auDA will not investigate your complaint unless you have first attempted to resolve it directly with the registrar or reseller.
