Reseller Policy Review - Oct 2003
Status
The way in which resellers are regulated within the Australian domain name industry was reviewed by auDA during October 2003.
On 1 December 2003, auDA introduced regulatory changes which, in summary, are as follows:
- Remove the reseller fees charged to registrars.
- Redraft clause 15.3 of the registrar agreement.
- Conduct web site audits for selected resellers.
- Establish a reseller mail list for direct communication between auDA and resellers.
