Hi Jo,

I;m somewhat confused, as www.melbourne.com.au and www.sydney.com.au exist (amongst others)

I believe that ownership of place name domains names should be restricted to the appropriate 
councils for those areas, eg St Kilda council can have www.stkilda.com.au and it must display 
only relevant information about the area and attractions, and/or council activities.
