A friend who is on your mailing list informed me of your proposal.  I think its an excellent idea.  
However, is this limited to non-commercial organisations only?  I strongly feel that small businesses 
would use it more extensively then other sectors.  Perhaps there could be a subscription scheme for 
any commercial users to help carry the cost.  If this was linked to search engines and other 
directories, it would be a powerful service to the online community.
