Hi Jo,

I don't support this change as it will easily allow one company to take over 
the 'name' for an entire city, simply on whoever registers a name first. The 
only exception to this is a community group using this type of name, although 
I don't know how a suitable organisation could be determined, perhaps using 
local goverment?
