I do not believe that these reasons make it necessary for the email address to be publicly available. Whilst the email address should certainly be provided and verified during registration, a simple application of technology can allow for the registrant to be contacted through their email address, in the case of the two reasons given, whilst not making the address public. ------------- Regards, Simon Job.
