If the name cannot be purchased for whatever reason, we are then forced to either keep the fee on hold for another registration, or we have to hassle the registrar for a refund. Why can we not put our CC details on file with the registrar and only after the domain is approved does he charge us? Re transfer, why must we pay a whole new 2 year wallop instead of just paying a small transfer fee? Is the new 'regime' (Shocking catch phrase! Hitler used that term as well!) that greedy?
