Hi Jo,

    My biggest gripe is that we have to pay for a .au before it is approved. 
If the name cannot be purchased for whatever reason, we are then forced to 
either keep the fee on hold for another registration, or we have to hassle 
the registrar for a refund. Why can we not put our CC details on file with 
the registrar and only after the domain is approved does he charge us?

    Re transfer, why must we pay a whole new 2 year wallop instead of just 
paying a small transfer fee? Is the new 'regime' (Shocking catch phrase! 
Hitler used that term as well!) that greedy?
