Subject: Restriction on Geographic domain names under review

Dear Jo,

I beleive all of the geographic domain should go under government domain. 
e.g sydney.gov.au or perth.gov.au
For the council or any public government departments. I believe they 
should have registered the gov.au.

I think as long as when people regsiter a domain with a 
commerical/business behiend they should provide enough inforamation before 
they can register. Then it should be fine. I am sure sydney.com.au or 
perth.com.au have already been registered. So it would be very hard to 
withdraw those domains have already registered.
