Dear Cheryl,
I do not always read ALL the fine print, but I have been to the auDA 
website and read the code carefully. I am very happy with it and do not 
have any adverse comments. It seems to me to be most thorough and fair. I 
hope it will be put into practice. (I must admit that I have a .net domain 
name, which is probably inappropriate, but price and availability were the 
determining factors for me.)
