This domain is unnecessary. The .biz domain was introduced because the .com domain, originally intended to be for commercial purposes, was available to anyone and was therefore devalued. That is, just because an entity has a .com domain does not mean they are a commercial enterprise. In the .au space the situation is different. In order to get a .com.au domain the entity has to be a business or company, a commercial entity. Therefore, the market served by the .biz domain name is already served in Australia by the .com.au domain name. Adding .biz.au will not achieve anything. I do not believe the Australian domain system should implement domains simply because they have been implemented by the global registry.
