Dear Jo

Re the above matter. I am a reseller of domain names and have been for 
around 3 years. I feel it is totally unnecessary to ask the for an email to 
and from the registrant contact. This system is cumbersome and time 
consuming. 

The TLD system in the USA seems to work quite well without this 
requirement. Their through put would be much much higher than yours. 

I strongly urge you to drop this silly requirement.
