We are pleased to present this month's .au member spotlight, a new initiative to help you get to know your fellow .au members, across a range of diverse industries and locations.

This month, we hear from Pulkit Agrawal, Founder and Managing Director at UR Digital, an award-winning SEO Agency based in Sydney, serving small to medium businesses in Australia. Pulkit shares insights on why he chooses .au and how to keep current on digital innovation and online trends.
Why do you choose .au?
We are based in Australia and so are our customers. Being able to show our location in our domain name is a great way to build trust and to choose .au.
How do you stay current on innovation and online trends?
Being a SEO agency, we need to stay updated about the online trends and customer behaviour so that we can better serve our customers and keep up with the technology. I read a lot of online publications like Forbes, Inside Small Business, Entrepreneur etc. I also regularly attend webinars from different providers like Duda, Shopify and Australia Post. Lastly my learning is also affected directly by talking to our customers and prospects.
Why is a secure, open, free and global Internet important to you?
I believe the Internet is an essential service. Access to the Internet empowers people, encourages creativity, and nurtures learning. However, on the flip side, with any great service there are always going to be bad actors. So it is important that it is a safe environment as well.
What economic and social value does the Internet deliver to you?
Without the Internet, we would not exist. Our business is all about online marketing, so the Internet delivers exceptional economic value to us. The ability to learn online, attend webinars and have back-to-back online meetings would not be possible without the Internet.
Australia without the Internet would be...
Unimaginable. I believe in this day and age, 100 per cent of all Australian businesses would be affected if there was no Internet, including Governments as they rely heavily on it.
