auDA submission to the PJCIS Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure) Bill Inquiry

As one of many organisations that contribute to the secure operation of Australia’s critical infrastructure, we have a keen interest in the government’s Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure) Bill 2020 (the Bill).

The Bill is currently subject to a parliamentary inquiry by the Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security (PJCIS). Given our interest in this issue, auDA made a submission to the inquiry setting out some areas of concern. You can find our full submission below.
