On 27 November 2020, auDA withdrew the Notices of Breach issued to the NetAlliance group of registrars: NETALLIANCE PTY LIMITED, NETALLIANCE DOMAIN NO 1 PTY LIMITED and ZIPHOSTING PTY LTD (Registrars).
The Notices of Breach were issued to the Registrars on 13 November 2020 for failing to meet the Accreditation Criteria outlined in their respective Registrar Agreements.
auDA has received written confirmation from the Registrars that the breaches identified in the Notices of Breach have been rectified and that the Registrars have returned to compliance with their Registrar Agreements.
