One of our roles is to review complaints relating to .au domain names and registrars providing services in the .au domain.
Complaints about a .au domain name should be made with the registrar of record first. If you have complained to your registrar and your complaint has not been resolved, we can review it for you. Please note that we don’t have the power to investigate complaints relating to website content, website management and hosting, phishing, spam or any domain names that do not end in .au.
auDA does not handle Trade Mark complaints, please refer to the .au Dispute Resolution Policy page for information about the domain name arbitration process.
- Only complaints with valid contact details can be accepted.
- Information about the .au licensing rules can be found here.
- If a complaint is upheld it will not result in the name being transferred to the complainant.
