If you don’t have a copy of your invitation email or the link has expired, contact the .au membership team and we’ll send you a new link through which to access the portal.

If you wish to change your password to the .au member portal, we will send you a link for you to set a new password.

If you’re not yet a .au member, join today. It’s complimentary and provides access to a range of benefits and services.

No. If you have an existing authentication app on your smartphone, you can use that to access the .au member portal. We’ve created video user-guides for both authenticator apps to get you started:

You can update your details via the member portal. If you’re not sure how, use our user guide on updating your details.
