Registry connections

A registry connection is a secure channel between auDA accredited .au registrars and the .au registry. Registry connections are used by .au registrars to send instructions to the .au registry, including creating or deleting .au domain name registrations, or renewing or updating existing .au domain name records.

Upon receiving final approval to access the .au Registry System, each registrar is entitled to maintain up to 40 concurrent registry connections as set out in their Registrar Agreement.
