The resolution of disputes between a .au domain name registrant and a party with competing rights in the .au domain name are managed under the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP). The au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) provides an independent avenue for the resolution of disputes about competing rights in a domain name.

auDA recently published its second overview of auDRP decisions, covering more than 600 auDRP decisions between 2014 and 2022.

Join our upcoming webinar, featuring the author of both auDRP overviews, Professor Andrew F Christie, Foundation Professor of Intellectual Property at Melbourne Law School. Professor Christie will be joined by auDA’s Chief Operating Officer, Dr Bruce Tonkin, who will discuss the second auDRP overview and the operation of the auDRP.
