Note to media

The auDA Constitution requires that the Board consist of one Independent Chairperson, up to five Appointed Directors and up to four Elected Directors. The Constitution can be found on the auDA website.

The voting process for the 2025 Elected Director Ballot was managed independently of auDA by MUFG Corporate Services. The process enabled auDA members to cast their vote electronically to elect candidates to fill two Elected Director positions on the auDA Board. The ballot opened on 23 October 2025 and closed at 5pm 18 November 2025 AEDT, after which votes were tallied by MUFG Corporate Services.

The auDA Nomination Committee conducted a search and approved and recommended candidates suitable for appointment as Chair, and appointment or election to the Board based on an assessment against the auDA Board Skills Matrix. The Board then approved the Chair, Appointed Directors and Elected Director candidates.
