The .au domain name system (DNS) is part of Australia's critical infrastructure, handling more than three billion queries a day from people around the world.

With support from auDA, the Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre (CSCRC), released a new paper - “Deciphering the DNS: what it is, how it works and why it’s critical”.

auDA's Chief Operating Officer, Dr Bruce Tonkin, provided an update on .au direct at an auDA webinar, including updated statistics and information on the protections in place to keep .au a secure and trusted domain.
